Grand Rapids, MI- The 2014 Aquinas College men’s soccer team will look to build upon the accomplishments of the 2013 squad while reloading with new talent. After a year of extreme changes in the starting line-up and roster, the team looks to be as competitive as ever.

… The Saints return all four starting defenders. Returning are central defenders Rico Padilla (Jr., Northview, 1 goal, 1 assist) and Matt Jackson (Jr., Kalamazoo Christian/Grand Rapids Community College, 3 goals). Returning at outside defender are Jon Malecke (Sr., Detroit Catholic Central, 2 assists) and Alex Detwiler (So., Grosse Point South). Michael Weber (Jr., Traverse City St. Francis, 1 goal, 1 assist) will also look to solidify the defense after playing multiple positions filling the role of super sub in 2013. Volunteers sought for information stations

It’s that time of year again and we are looking for volunteers to help staff the Fall 2014 Information/Roaming Stations, Monday, August 25–Thursday, August 28, 2014.

You may pick up your apron and lanyard at the Information/Roaming Station, which will be an “information table” that will have materials for students to pick up such as maps, RaiderCard information, etc., as well as the binder with the class schedule for you to use as necessary.

You have the choice to stay at the information table or roam and assist students in your area, in whatever style fits for you. When your shift is done, you will meet your replacement at the information table in your area (or leave your apron there if your replacement does not show.)

Please sign up to help! This system does not work without a LOT of wonderful volunteers. The links for sign up spreadsheets are listed below.
