One of the community outreach projects ESP is doing this year will start on Tuesday, September 9 and run through October 17. In honor of GRCC’s 100th anniversary, GRCC ESP members would like your help in collecting 100 new and gently used children’s books for “Books for Bedtime.” The Literacy Center of West Michigan will distribute the books to families in its Family Literacy Program, Family Futures, D.A. Blodgett-St John’s and GR Initiative for Leaders. If you’d like to give new or gently used books (up to 9th grade level) to “Books for Bedtime,” please drop them off at the following sites: Enrollment Center, Student Success Center (Sneden Hall), Library (1st floor-Circulation Desk), Tassell MTEC, and Student Life.
