Two GRCC students from the Tassell M-TEC were recognized Monday by Governor Snyder as examples of what individuals can do to move ahead through education and certificate attainment at the Michigan WorkReady Communities launch: Derrick Johnson, M-TEC Fast Track Program, and Trevor Glupker, M-TEC Construction Jump Start Program.
The event was sponsored by Talent 2025 and held at the Gentex Corporation. WorkReady Communities is part of the initiative to raise credentials of the West Michigan workforce.
