‘Frontlines of Freedom’ radio host speaks out on Veterans Affairs shakeup

ZEELAND — A nationally syndicated radio talk show host based in West Michigan says this week’s shakeup at Veterans Affairs is a step in the right direction, but fears it may be a case of too little, too late.
… Gillem received two Purple Hearts, five Bronze Stars and a Silver Star for his valor in battle in Vietnam. He currently teaches American government at Grand Rapids Community College.
