GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Four Grand Rapids Community College Board of Trustees candidates spent more than $86,400 on advertising and other campaign-related expenses for the Nov. 4 election, according to campaign finance reports.

SPARTA — The Sparta Athletic Department is excited for its upcoming seasons, with a couple of new hirings for their girls sports.
… In the spring, Hutchens will lead the Spartans softball attack. Hutchens ended her playing career at Grand Rapids Community College, but before that donned the blue and white on the Spartans own field. She played varsity softball at Sparta for three years and has coached the junior-varsity squad for eight.
