Softball team hosts bowling fundraiser

You can have a fun afternoon while helping GRCC’s softball team: Players are hosting a bowling fundraiser on January 31.

Proceeds from the event will offset the team’s spring training costs and will fund scholarships. The event runs from noon to 2 p.m. January 31 at Fairview Lanes, 3335 Fairlane Ave. SW in Grandville. It also will include a 50-50 raffle and silent auction.

Individuals may register for $15. Groups rates range from $29 for two people to $88 for a full lane of eight people.
