Changes made to policies

Changes were recently made to several college policies:

Revised Policy 12.8 Events on Campus and Amplified Sound (revised) Policy Section 12.0 Subsection 12.8

Effective February 3, 2015

  • The appeal process has been eliminated, as the Provost decision is final.
  • Changed the number of weeks to submit the original request from five to four.
  • Changed the notification of all staff to the appropriate staff.
  • Added the Lakeshore Campus to the Policy.

Revised Policy 15.1 Personally Identifiable Information(revised) Policy Section 15.0 Subsection 15.1

Effective February 3, 2015

  • Replaced “All electronic files that contain Protected PII will reside within a GRCC information system. Do not store PII on the S: or J: network drives.” With “All electronic files that contain Protected PII will reside within a protected GRCC information system location.”
