Effective February 3, 2015
- The appeal process has been eliminated, as the Provost decision is final.
- Changed the number of weeks to submit the original request from five to four.
- Changed the notification of all staff to the appropriate staff.
- Added the Lakeshore Campus to the Policy.

Effective February 3, 2015
- Replaced “All electronic files that contain Protected PII will reside within a GRCC information system. Do not store PII on the S: or J: network drives.” With “All electronic files that contain Protected PII will reside within a protected GRCC information system location.”
