Are people able to do their best thinking and make their best, most authentic contributions to the organization? Or are you all just getting through it all, grateful to survive another day? Even the best organizations can get stuck, losing momentum and energy. In this workshop you will learn: How to identify the ways in which your organization/team is failing to thrive; How brain research reveals some surprising ways you can help your employees to be more fully engaged and inspired, and strategies for moving your organization from surviving to thriving.
