New Project on Africa & Asia Curriculum

The Midwest Institute for IIE is pleased to partner with Michigan State University to develop curriculum on Africa and Asia over the next three years with funding from the U.S. Dept. of Education, Title VI program.

In particular, the project will support 14 faculty from our consortium to develop curriculum modules that will be infused into existing courses in six broad academic areas of:
arts-humanities, allied health, business studies, natural sciences, social sciences, and technologies.

The faculty selected to develop the 14 curriculum modules will receive support/feedback from MSU faculty and upon completion of the module, will receive a $1,000 stipend.

If interested, please use the attached one-page survey below to indicate your interest no later than May 30. Please return it to Theo Sypris, as an email attachment: tsypris@kvcc.edu.
