IONIA — The 2015 Ionia Free Fair Queen is D’laney ConnerWellman of Ionia.

… ConnerWellman said her favorite fair memories are spending time with her family and success was something to be proud of. She plans on attending Grand Rapids Community College in the fall.

Former Greenville hoops star Zach Ingles joins coaching ranks – at camp and Tri-County

Former Greenville boys basketball standout Zach Ingles contacted Ken George with an offer this summer that the Forest Hills Central boys basketball coach needed maybe a second to accept.

… Ingles played five years overseas, including stops in Argentina, Iceland and Mexico City, then transitioned into the coaching ranks after he and his wife had identical twin girls. He coached at Aquinas College and Grand Rapids Community College and was at Muskegon Community College last year. This is his first high school coaching opportunity.

The GRCC Bookstore is now hiring temporary positions for the Fall!

Do you know of someone who may be interested in a temporary position for late Summer and early Fall? We are looking for people with customer service or cashiering experience for positions in the bookstore. These positions would run from approximately late July through September and could include a variety of roles within the store.
