Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Meditation will once again be held today in Cook 427 from 12:15 until 12:45. Today there will be quiet meditative drumming for a portion of the time and we invite all to attend.

- Reduce high blood pressure
- Reduce symptoms of depression
