The Rad Tech Department held its annual Teddy Bear Clinic on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Students from the Preschool Lab brought their Teddy Bears to the Radiology Lab for check ups and X-rays. Each preschooler was presented with a Good Health Certificate along with an X-ray of their Teddy Bear. While the preschoolers waited for X-rays, the Radiology students entertained them with games and activities. A few of these activities included Pin the mouth on the Skeleton, matching the bone to the correct anatomy and X-ray activity books. This event provides the Radiology students with Pediatric patient experience and also allows the preschooler to experience Radiology in a fun and friendly environment.
