GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) – Grand Rapids man Brandon Winter has become national symbol of resilience as he battles a rare form of cancer. His defiant struggle against the disease has landed him on billboards across the world, including in New York’s Times Square.
(This article doesn’t mention it, but Brandon Winter is a GRCC student.)
Leadership is the process of an individual influencing a group of individuals to achieve a common goal. Effective leadership requires people to fulfill their roles as leaders and as followers. However, there are many different styles of leading and following and not all of them are effective. This course will examine different styles of leadership and leadership processes.
