GRCC’s email system, GroupWise, will be upgraded on Wednesday, March 9 beginning at 5 p.m. All email services will be unavailable at that time including the client, web access, and mobile access. All services are expected to be restored by Thursday, March 10 at 8 a.m.
Messages sent to a GRCC mailbox during the maintenance period will be delivered upon completion of the upgrade.
How will this affect you?
You shouldn’t notice any major changes to the client as we will continue utilizing the 2012 interface, however the back end of the system will be upgraded to enhance security and functionality.
