Announcing our 75 new undergraduate transfer scholars

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation today announced it has awarded Undergraduate Transfer Scholarships each worth up to $40,000 annually to 75 outstanding community college students with financial need from 21 states who are transferring to four-year colleges.

$1M in scholarships investment in students, community

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The more than $1 million in scholarships awarded to 630 students by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation is an investment in their potential and the impact they can have in the Grand Rapids area, according to GRCF President Diana Sieger.

… Awards to send students to Michigan colleges included: $142,400, Grand Valley State University; $116,500, Michigan State University; $73,000, Grand Rapids Community College; $65,450 Ferris state University; and $62,200, University of Michigan.

Online sale is today

Grand Rapids Community College will be hosting an Online Sale on June 23. This sale, running from 7 am to 7 pm, will feature retired College technology and resources including laptops, desktops, monitors, electronics, lost & found items, and many others! A specific inventory listing will be available the day of the sale.
