Changes in Advising and Counseling Services

Effective fall semester, the Counseling and Career Center will change to two different offices: Academic Advising & Transfer Center and Counseling and Career Development.  All offices will continue to have a combined check-in area in 327 Student Center.  Students needing assistance with academic advising, identifying classes or transfer questions should be directed to meet with an advisor in the Academic Advising and Transfer Center, or call 234-3900 for an appointment.  Students needing to meet with a counselor for personal or career issues should be directed to Counseling and Career Development, or call 234-4130 for an appointment.  When referring a student for immediate personal counseling needs, please identify this when you contact Counseling & Career Development at 234-4130 starting this fall (continue to call 234-3900 until fall semester begins).
