Man accused of killing woman, leaving body on GRCC campus, to have new mental exam

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Marcus Bivins, a 19-year-old who police say admitted to killing a homeless woman and leaving her body on the Grand Rapids Community College campus, will get another mental exam.

Now through August 21st, you can Taste the City! More than 60 restaurants are participating in Grand Rapids Restaurant Week, offering special deals! You can either get a three-course meals for $28 per person or a three-course meal for two people for $28, according to WOOD! You will also help support up-and-coming chefs, one dollar of every meal will benefit Secchia Institute for Culinary Education’s Student Scholarship Fund at Grand Rapids Community College.
