The day to day operational control of the college’s food and beverage vending program will be temporarily changing hands, as Rick Vander Veen will need to be away from the college starting Thursday, September 29, for 4-6 weeks. During this time, Mr. Michael Boerman will assume this function. He is very familiar with our programs, and has direct access to our account management teams. Beginning Thursday, please communicate any vending issues or concerns to Michael at mboerman@grcc.edu and he will respond.
In your communication, it would be helpful if the following information would be included.
- Is the problem with a food or beverage machine?
- What building, and floor is it located on?
- A brief description of what the problem seems to be.
