The WELL sponsors the Giving Tree

There’s still time for you to grab leaves from the Giving Tree! Stop by the Inclusion and Equity office today. The leaves on The Giving Tree represent a student’s need.

Here’s how it works:

  1. GRCC staff go to the Inclusion and Equity Office conference room (room 119 in the Library and Learning Commons).
  2. Select a leaf from The Giving Tree (each leaf represents a student who is part of The Well — Women Empowering Leadership and Learning).
  3. Purchase item on the leaf ($20 minimum requested, although not required).
  4. Bring item back to The Inclusion and Equity Office by 5:00 p.m. Nov. 21.

Between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 28, we will host an event to distribute your gifts to students of The Well. Volunteers are needed to staff this event. Please notify Erika Bailey of your availability if you are willing to participate.

Because of your participation, we have only 30 leaves remaining on the tree! Thank you for putting your financial support behind these deserving young women!
