Werner Absenger, Secchia Institute for Culinary Education program director, is talking about the new brewing program today as a panelist for the Michigan Brewers Guild’s annual conference.
The panel will discuss “An Overview of the Brewer Education Programs” and also features:
- Mike Babb, sustainable brewing curriculum developer and instructor at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
- Tom Block, director of brewing and distillation technology at Schoolcraft College.
- Cordell DeMattei, director of fermentation science at Central Michigan University.
