Transfer reps to take part in today’s Business Cafe

On Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., associate professor of business Brent Spitler, counselor and associate professor Sarah Rose, and representatives from several universities will be on hand to meet with students. This event will kick off in the Business Tutorial Lab (201 Cook) and students will directed to meet with university reps from there.

Transferring to a four-year institution is exciting but it can be a daunting process. To help students through the transition, GRCC has a number of resources available. This session, part of the Business Cafe series, will help put students in contact with some of the many business transfer resources at their disposal. In addition to GRCC faculty and staff, a number of partner institutions will have business program representatives there to help.  Universities represented will include:

The Business Café series consists of drop-in conversations held throughout the semester by Business Department faculty. Each session has a different topic, but all are centered on the theme of academic advising. Coffee and snacks are provided at all meetings.
