Preschoolers learn cookie-making skills from Secchia Institute for Culinary Education students

Children from the Early Childhood Learning Laboratory learned all about cookies from the experts at the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education. Associate Professor Audrey Heckwolf and her students walked the preschoolers through the process of making sugar cookies in an industrial kitchen. They watched the cookies go through an industrial-size cookie dough press and oven, and ended their experience using angled spatulas to frost them.
