  • Understanding & Managing Stress, a six-week course — Gain a holistic perspective on the components of stress, and become familiar with self-compassion, vulnerability, and resilience.
  • Effective Communication Skills –Explore the impact of the many elements of communicating and how you can improve your interpersonal communication.
  • Workforce Statistics — New! Attendees will receive information about how GRCC compares census statistics to our hiring process and recruiting efforts. This course will also review how GRCC promotes equity and inclusion in hiring, the internal and external posting process for each employee group, and movement throughout the organization.
  • Strategic Planning — Learn how to create a plan that brings our mission, vision, and values to life, as well as how to bring others on board to get you where you want to go.
