Visual Arts Department holds Portfolio Day

On Thursday, October 26, the Visual Arts Department held the 4th Annual Portfolio Day.  Representatives from seven Michigan colleges came to the department to meet individually with art students, look at their portfolios, and discuss transfer opportunities. Some students were offered admission waivers and scholarships based on the quality of their portfolios. By the end of the day, 78 portfolio reviews had been completed with the 50 art students in attendance.
