Exercise Science offers stress-busting fitness sessions

The Exercise Science Department will be offering FREE Stress Busting Fitness Classes. Beginners welcome — bring a friend!

  • Tuesday, Dec. 5, 12:20-1 p.m. in Calkins Science Building Room  140 – Yoga with Danielle.
  • Wednesday, Dec. 6, 3:15-4:15 p.m. Multipurpose Room of Student Center – Zumba with Beth.
  • Thursday, Dec. 7, 10:00-10:45 a.m. Calkins Science Building 140 – Yoga with Cheryl.
