Interested in Weight Watchers at work?

GRCC would like to bring Weight Watchers to you! If you’re holding it for the holidays, but really want to make a change in 2018, now is the time to sign up! We are looking for 20 or more employees to join in order to bring the program to campus, beginning in January.

Thank you to those who completed the Wellness Survey earlier this fall. There were several of you who indicated an interest in Weight Watchers, and so we’d like to offer the program this Winter semester. The program will consist of access to online e-tools, as well as weekly, on-campus meetings over the lunch hour that will cover topics ranging from nutrition, activity, strategy and tips for weight loss and let’s not forget the best part, celebrations of member successes! For a flat rate of $186, members will receive support and encouragement for a full 20 weeks. Already a member? Great! You can still participate in Weight Watchers at work.

If you are interested in participating, please contact Nicole Dekker (x3848, nicoledekker2@grcc.edu) no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2017.
