Professional Development Recap: ‘Food for Life’ class

GRCC staff and faculty enjoyed the Food for Life programs nutrition and cooking classes, Foods that Fight Heart Disease and Foods for Healthy Weight this summer.

The Food for Life program is a community based nutrition education program, designed by physicians, nutrition experts, and registered dietitians aimed at preventing disease.
