10 finalists announced in sixth annual SmartArt

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – On Wednesday morning, representatives from Grand Rapids Public Schools, Consumers Energy, ArtPrize and the city of Grand Rapids announced the 10 finalists and their energy-related art work in the SmartArt competition. The finalists were selected by a panel of art professionals from Kendall College of Art & Design at Ferris State University, Grand Rapids Community College and Grand Valley State University.
