Creative Dining held a 3-day culinary training called Chef Lab last week for 40 of their chefs and managers. Fourteen of the employees who attended are GRCC Secchia Institute alumni.
The first day of Chef Lab was held at GRCC’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education kitchen and amphitheater.
The second day was held at Gordon Food Service Headquarters where a Chef Lab Competition took place. The winning team consisted of 3 of the 14 GRCC alumni: Todd Hurtz, Brady Newcomer, and Ryan Hartman.
