Flyer for the Annual Benefits Fair. Text reads: "Annual Benefits Fair & Flu Shot Clinic. Employees and Family members are welcomed! Join us for some Cider & Donuts! When:Wednesday, October 24th, 2018. Where: ATC Banquet Rooms (118-124). Time: 11:00am to 3:00pm. Benefit Fair Scavenger Hunt. Collect a ticket at the welcome table to be entered into the raffle drawing, Or play our benefit scavenger hunt for a chance to win the grand prize. Items will be placed on the vendors tables. To participate in the grand prize raffle drawing, you will need to visit the vendor tables and locate the items that are on your raffle scavenger hunt card. Once you have identified all the items on the card and collected a sticker from the vendor, give your card to Angie Ramirez at the entrance for a chance to win the grand prize. Good Luck! Employees who are getting a flu shot will automatically be entered into the raffle drawing. Vendors at the Fair: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan; Pine Rest; Flex Administrators; RX Optical; Lake Michigan Credit Union; Aflac; MEEMIC; GRCC Wellness/Staff Development; VALIC; i-Chiro; Legend Group; and more. Flu Shot Clinic. GRCC employees can get a flu shot at the fair. Be sure to bring your insurance card or pay $20 (cash or check payable to GRCC)."

Get your Flu Shot – don’t forget to bring your insurance card, or the cost to employees is only $20 if not insured.

There will be cider and donuts in the atrium of ATC from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Get information on your health plan options for Open Enrollment, beginning October 29, 2018. HR staff will be on hand to answer your open enrollment questions.
