GRCC noncredit workforce programs pumping millions into local economy
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Kent and Ottawa counties saw a $294 million economic impact from companies attracted to the area or that expanded, in part, because of training opportunities at Grand Rapids Community College, officials said Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Mary Scanlan, retired Grand Rapids Community College professor of music, will present the program, Contributions of Women Composers to Piano Literature, to the Holland Piano Teachers Forum on Friday, Nov. 16. The meeting will take place 10 am. at First Reformed Church of Holland.
