Metallica has been doing a whole lot of good with their new charity All Within My Hands Foundation and they’re clearly not slowing down anytime soon. The band has announced they’ll donate $100,000 to 10 community colleges across the United States, with each college awarding the money to over 1,000 enrolled students so they can more effectively enter the workforce.

Mitchell joined Robroy Enclosures in 2009 as General Manager and became Vice President of Operations & Administration in 2018. Prior to joining the organization, he served for 15 years as a plant manager for Key Plastics. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and an Associate’s Degree in Automated Manufacturing from Grand Rapids Community College.
