For those of you participated last year, and for those of you who missed out on the fun, mark your calendar for Friday, May 3, 2019.

Don’t miss out on a great time with lots of golf, food, and prizes!

REGISTRATION FORM: Payment must accompany your registration. First come, first served basis (25 team limit/limited seating). Registration will be accepted through April 12, 2019, or until team/dinner limit has been reached.
