Upcoming changes to GRCC WiFi

GRCC IT is in the process of updating the authentication certificate for GRCC WiFi. All devices connected to the GRCC at any point before Aug. 8, 2019, will automatically receive this certificate with no action needed.

On August 8, GRCC Secure will begin using this new authentication certificate. Faculty and Staff arriving back to campus with their GRCC issued devices after this update has occurred may have trouble connecting initially. To resolve this, we ask that you connect your device to a laptop docking station or ethernet port and your device should automatically update with the new certificate.

If you do have trouble getting connected to WiFi and you do not have access to a laptop dock or ethernet cable, please call the IT Support Desk at 616-234-4357, or stop by one of our walk-in locations in G2 Finkelstein Hall (formerly the Main Building) or 130 Sneden.
