Ever thought about opening a food truck business, or curious about how they work? Learn from GRCC alumni! The Alumni Association is hosting culinary alums for an “Experience on Tap” event on Thursday, November 14th at 6 pm.
GRCC alums Chris Morin, of Ice Box Brand Ice Cream Bars and Gilma De La Cruz of El Caribe Food Truck will sit down with culinary professor Bob Schultz to discuss the trials and tribulations of navigating the food truck business.

BATTLE CREEK — Sophomore Ryan Robinette scored 28 points and freshman Matt Wagner added 23 here Saturday as the Bay College men earned a 95-87 overtime basketball victory over Kellogg Community College.
Wagner hit 7-of-10 three-point shots and Robinette was 5-of-10 from beyond the arc for the Norse, who dropped a 70-68 overtime decision at Grand Rapids Community College Friday night.
Trisha McGuire, Kelsea Ackerman help Bay College women’s basketball team win twice over weekend

ESCANABA — Bay College opened its women’s basketball season with a road sweep over the weekend, winning at Grand Rapids Community College 65-54 Friday and at Kellogg CC 62-59 in Battle Creek Saturday.
All course pack files, orders, and SKUs are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, to guarantee the course packs will be in the bookstore prior to classes starting. Please let the bookstore know if you are going to have a course pack for the Winter semester and if so, let them know if it is going to be a new file or a reprint order. Please send all new files to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state if you would like the course pack to be all 1-sided, all 2-sided, or provide a planner sheet stating the pages to be 1- or 2-sided if it varies.
