The “Mindfulness Made Simple” program, offered online by Dr. Werner Absenger is, is based on traditional Zazen (just sitting) practice. The program is also rooted in existing neuroscientific mindfulness research that well-being is a skill that can be trained.
While each session builds on the skill from the previous session, you can join at any time.
