The food service industry is changing and GRCC’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education is adapting. The Heritage Restaurant, GRCC’s fine dining experience, has two outdoor bubbles for diners to enjoy meals until indoor service starts up again in the state on Feb. 1.
Heritage meals also are available for takeout during lunch hours.
