HVAC operation increased flow by 300% with increased MERV filtration.
Mandatory masks and glove use.
Sanitation stations at all tables and facilities.
High-touch antiviral applications throughout the meal periods and between classes.
Only 4 tables served per meal period. Less than 25% capacity allowed – more stringent than state regulation.
