Conflict reduction learning opportunity

Reducing Conflict and Increasing Communication is essential during this pandemic.  We tend to carry a constant low level of stress and anxiety which impacts our ability to manage stressful situations and resolve conflict.  In this session, we will review the areas that trigger conflict stress and look at a variety of approaches to recognize that stress. We will practice conflict resolution strategies for different situations.
