Reminder: Mindfulness Made Simple session

This is your chance to join in the final Mindfulness Made Simple session on Friday April 16 (11 a.m. – 12 p.m.). Get your last fix of Dr. Absenger’s mindfulness teachings before we take a hiatus for the spring/summer. Don’t worry though, he’ll be back in the Fall semester again 🙂
