Recently, Blackboard made an update that caused an issue viewing documents inside of Microsoft Edge. When a student clicks on a link inside of their assignment folder, they are getting an error screen that reads “404- File or Directory Not Found”
Currently, we are seeing that mostly students are having this issue. To resolve this, we have included a solution that can be shared with your students
