Mobile Happy Lights, a first chromotherapy relaxation unit, is available to GRCC employees today for free until 6 p.m. on the Juan Olivarez Student Plaza on a first come, first serve basis
The bus is the first to offer stress reduction with nine therapies on one mobile unit. Organizers said the free, 20-minute sessions will help lift moods, improve productivity, or reduce depression and anxiety.
The visit is organized by the Community of Hearts, a Kentwood-based nonprofit founded by Kent County Commissioner Monica Sparks focused on promoting resources for mental health and social and emotional wellness.
