A new program aims to help diversify local nursing talent, while creating a pipeline to help solve nursing shortages. 

A grant from University of Michigan Health-West (UMH-West) in partnership with Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC), will help keep diverse, local talent in the area and curb the nursing shortage, plugging GRCC graduate nurses into UMH-West hospitals to serve the West Michigan community.
