GRCC Homecoming 2017

“GRCC has not had a homecoming in a long time. That changes now!”

Homecoming 2017 will take place the week of October 16th. There are activities that you can take part in throughout the week. On Thursday, October 19th, faculty, staff, students, and alumni are all invited to a Raider Tailgate. The tailgate will take place in the Raider Grille from 5-6:30 p.m. Food will be provided, and there will be family-friendly activities. Then head on over to the Fold Fieldhouse to cheer on our GRCC Volleyball team as they take on the Lake Michigan Red Hawks.

For more information about all of the Homecoming activities, please visit grcc.edu/homecoming.

Healthy Options at the Raider Grille

There has been quite a bit of feedback that The Raider Grille offers only greasy fried foods and our guests are looking for something more. Though there are items on the menu that may attribute to that thought, there are plenty of items that can fit into a healthy lifestyle.

Creative Dining Services has taken on the project of getting as much nutritional information to customers as possible. Throughout the next few weeks, please look for updates on Raider Grille menu items and their nutritional information in the cafe, and on their Facebook page – including their Weight Watchers Points and Points Plus values.

Stop in during business hours or visit www.facebook.com/TheRaiderGrille and ‘LIKE’ the Raider Grille.

March is National Nutrition Month, and they are looking to gather as much information as possible. Stop by our Nutrition Table and have a chat with Chef Nancy Rutledge about nutritious eating. We will be set up in The Raider Grille/The Quiet Cafe corridor every Thursday in March from 11:00am to 1:30pm.

We are constantly looking to meet the needs of all of our guests to the best of our best abilities, so if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please contact us! We are here for you!
