Please remember once you have created your card and authorized approval, your order is sent directly to our production area so read the proof carefully. ePrint Manila print order delivery envelopes needed
Thank you for helping us save money by re-purposing the manila print order delivery envelopes. With the semester start-up we are running a little short so please remember to send them back.
Flooring work to affect access to GRCCePRINT
Contractors will be doing flooring work on G2 on Tuesday, November 25. Access to GRCCePRINT will be impacted so please contact them regarding pickup or deliveries before taking the elevator or stairs to the area!
Getting to GRCCePRINT November 24th and 25th
The flooring in front of the elevators on G-1 will be getting a makeover starting late afternoon of November 21st. On November 24th and 25th you will need to take the stairs from G-2 to get to GRCCePRINT. Directional signs will be posted.
RUSH MY ORDER!
Just a friendly reminder that GRCCePRINT can put your order at the front of the line and get right on it however; in doing so we will need to set aside current orders to start working on yours. To assure our other customers still receive their orders as expected, we will need to add a rush charge to your order. When ordering please check the “Rush” area when you are in the “Billing and Deliver” section of our online ordering and we will process yours first.
S drive problems, Carters’ lecture prompt Raider Salutes
We have two Raider Salutes today!
The first comes from Debra Stout in Workforce Training: I would like to salute Dale Betts and Dan Guajardo. Both came to our rescue when the S drive went down and we lost all our CNA appointments scheduled in the spreadsheet and stored on the S drive.
The second was prompted by Monday’s Diversity Lecture Series presentation by President and Mrs. Carter: It took many hands to pull off Monday’s diversity lecture with President and Mrs. Carter. The president’s office would like to acknowledge that effort, and salute those who took time from their regular work to make the evening a success!
Shred Bins from Shred Legal, our previous vendor
If you still have a shred bin from our previous vendor, please send an email to dsedore@grcc.edu with your location so that we can schedule them to come in the next week to pick all of them up. If it is in your way, please contact facilities and have them bring it to GRCCePRINT.
Shred bin removal
All shred bins are going to be removed if they have not been already. The new shredding company, Rapid Shred, will be here Thursday, July 24, to place the new shredding containers. Please bear with us through this transition.
New shredding service coming this fall
Rapid Shred is a local service provider that will be servicing the college starting this fall. They come highly rated, and they will be placing bins late August.
Golden Trophy goes to Neal McGladdery, Marty DeVries, GRCCePRINT
Facilities’ “Golden Trophy” has been making the rounds, recognizing many GRCC employees who provide stellar customer service:
- Neal McGladdery received it for his demo work.
- Marty DeVries received it for the “stuff” he puts up with.
- The entire print shop staff received it, with Bill Klein accepting on all of their behalf.
Collins Gallery is dropoff site for mail
All outgoing and interoffice mail needs to be dropped off to the 4th floor, Collins Gallery Main Building. Starting May 12th, GRCC ePRINT will be open from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm M-Th and 7:30 am – 4:00 pm on Friday.
Update GRCCePRINT on summer office locations
To ensure that your printing orders are delivered to your summer office location, please visit GRCCePRINT’s home page on the web http://cms.grcc.edu/printing and update the address in your profile.
GRCCePRINT has moved
GRCCePrint has moved to their temporary home as part of the college-wide summer construction project.
They are now located on the fourth floor of the Main Building in the Art Gallery.
GRCCePRINT customer service, graphic design to move
As part of the college-wide summer construction project, Graphic Design will be relocating to 411 Cook Hall May 1st.
On Friday May 2nd, GRCCePRINT Customer Service will be located on the 4th floor of the Main building in the Art Gallery.
Due to the limited space, we will have this Summer for paper storage, paper orders will be limited to one case per order. Please encourage your staff who have printing needs over 250 copies to use our online ordering system and we will deliver the order to your department.

GRCCePRINT is holding an open session on how to use the GRCCePRINT Online Ordering system as well as opportunities for you to see all the options for your print promotional material needs. Each session will hold 10 seats so please respond to grcceprint@grcc.edu to reserve your seat.
Refreshments and Cookies will be available.
Session one is from 11:00am-12:00pm
Session two is from 12:30pm-1:30pm
