Student Information Station Volunteers Still Needed

GRCC’s Student Life office is getting ready for the start of Fall semester and is looking for volunteers to help staff our Student Information Stations. Thank you to everyone that has already volunteered; however, we are still in need of more people! We have a great need for volunteers in the ATC and Bostwick Commons. Information Stations will be held beginning Monday, August 27th and run through Wednesday, August 29th from 7:00am – 2:00pm and 5:00pm – 7:00pm . They know it is very busy time for all, but would greatly appreciate any time you are able to volunteer.

Over 900 new students are scheduled to begin the 2012 winter semester!

On January 9, 10, 11 volunteers are needed to staff Student Information Stations on the Main and DeVos Campus. As faculty and staff, we are one of our finest resources who make a difference in the lives of new students during their first few days on campus. The time commitment is flexible, and the benefits to news students are invaluable.  The proud sponsor of the stations is Lake Michigan Credit Union.

Thank you in advance for volunteering your time – Please consider volunteering more than once.

Student Information Station Volunteers Needed

Student Life is looking for volunteers to help staff the Student Information Stations for the start of the Winter 2011 semester- with the greatest need in the ATC. This year the Student Information Stations will be held Monday, January 10, 2011 through Wednesday, January 12, 2011 from 7:00am-2:00pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm. Please follow the steps below to register to volunteer.

Click on the link (below) that corresponds with the location you would like to volunteer.  At the bottom of the spreadsheet are the different tabs dates available. Please click on the date you would like to volunteer.  Please put your first and last name, e-mail address and extension next to the time you wish to sign up for. (All volunteer slots are in 1 hour blocks).  You will receive an appointment confirmation from me that will include your time and volunteer location.
