My Degree Path – Explore. Plan. Learn. Graduate.

With My Degree Path – Coming 10/15/12 – is a tool to help students stay on track to graduate.  Have your students ever wondered:

  • What classes do I still need to graduate?
  • What if I change my major?
  • How do I plan what courses to take next semester?

Students and advisers will be able to log into their Online Student Center accounts and review your coursework – past, present, and future – and evaluate which degree requirements have been completed and which remain.

How does My Degree Path work?
For students, My Degree Path will:

  • Provide real-time advice, 24/7 for students
  • Outline a path to graduation for a specific GRCC program
  • Allows for the creation of semester by semester degree plan
  • Provides self-service capabilities
  • Allows exploration of other GRCC programs (what if)
  • Allows direct access to multiple related services and advice

GRCC Veterans Affairs Ranked In Top 15%

GRCC has received word that the college has been ranked among the top 15 percent of the nation’s “military-friendly schools” by G. I. Jobs magazine. The status means that the college will be listed in the magazine’s September 2009 Guide To Military Friendly Schools and on a website by the same name. A plaque noting GRCC’s high service standards from G.I. Jobs magazine also arrived Monday, and can be seen in the Student Records Office. Way to go Jan Chesla and Registrar Howard Shanken!

We would like to hear from you. If you have served in the military and would like to be invited to future activities designed for our veterans, send your name to Howard Shanken.
