Series of classes focuses on mindfulness

Aging is a continual process that happens when we are not even looking. As we age, things change within our bodies and minds. We now have the advantage of knowing how to keep our bodies strong and our brains sharp as we grow older. Join us in learning how to age mindfully and keep your body and brain strong!

The Older Learner Center is offering a series of classes on mindfulness. They run 11:15 a.m. to noon Oct. 13 and 20 and Nov. 3 at Tassell M-TEC. The cost is $12 per class.

While the classes are offered through the Older Learner Center, there is no age requirement. All are welcome. You can register online.
