The more time you spend sitting, the more likely your health will suffer. Unfortunately, most of us spend the majority of our time at our jobs sitting in front of a screen or in meetings.

In this wellness focused session, participants will learn simple and effective strategies that will enhance mobility, posture, performance, energy, and mood.
