Back by popular demand! As of Tuesday, June 28th, the First Time User option returned to the MyGRCC portal. We hope this will make the user experience more intuitive.
As before, new users to the MyGRCC portal can click on the First Time User option to find their username and set their password. Once the password is set they will immediately be able to login to the portal and access all of the available apps.
How will this affect you?
Please update any tools that reference how to login for new users. This may include:
- Printed materials
- Videos
- Emails
- Website
